in the family 
though it's a big family

 right now I'm not concentrating at work because of the contested property issues in my family

they harden their hearts 
when it should not happen anything like this.
One of them must be willing to budge.
I am afraid, all these problems will leave a long dispute.

two MOMS

I have two moms. Mama who adopted me and my biological mom.

It's about both my mama. With different character, almost 300 degrees. Not 360, because there is still the same maternal nature. That's why I call it 300 degrees.
Biological mom who is very touchy and sensitive, too cautious in a word, but it is very spontaneous in action. Another case with adoptive mom, a very indifferent, reluctant to think long, but sometimes very shy.
Sometimes tired, 
I had to adjust their personal properties. But I thank God always provide for their health.

Seafood pasta salad

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 (8 ounce) packages tri-color pasta
  • 3 stalks celery
  • 1 pound imitation crabmeat
  • 1 cup frozen green peas
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, Granulated
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; rinse under cold water until cool and drain.
  2. While pasta is cooking, chop celery and crabmeat. Run hot water over peas to defrost.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, SPLENDA® Granulated Sweetener, vinegar, milk, salt and pepper. Add the pasta, celery and crabmeat and stir until evenly coated. Adjust the salt, SPLENDA® Granulated Sweetener or mayonnaise to suit your taste. Chill several hours before serving.

Shrimp cooking tips

Preparing frozen shrimpRemove shrimp from the freezer to the refrigerator or place under the usual cold water flow. Do not use hot water or left at room temperature. Once the shrimp is not frozen, you should never be frozen again. Cook the shrimp when it was still a bit cold.
